PC Community Economic Development Card
The PCCCD Fund will fairly distribute funds for community building projects, operations and programming in participating local communities.

2026
Funding groups of Six Community Development Projects, Fifty Small Businesses and Nonprofits with Twenty-four Million Dollars

PCCD FUND
Purpose of the PCCD Fund
To equitably allocate funds for community development projects and operations in Horry County, South Carolina.
How the $24 Million is Generated
By securing guaranteed group-purchasing contracts from local corporations through the PC Platforms which allow the Network to transfer funds to PCCDF for building, operations, maintenance, and programming.
Fund Distribution
1. 2026 Distribution of $1,500 to $10,000 to groups with fifty members.
2. Allocation of $4 million to each of the six projects.
3. The six projects commence efforts to secure their individual $24 million.
Fund Management (Ensuring Transparency and Good Governance)
An accounting firm and legal team lead the process, with one representative from each funded organization serving on the financial management team overseeing the funds. Each year, six new projects and financial managers are elected to this team. The HCCD Fund does not hold assets or funds greater than $1,000 in accounts; funds are immediately transferred to the HCCDF and then to the project members.
Eligibility for Funding
All members of the Carolina Business to Business Membership who are engaged in a building project will qualify for funding.
All projects funded, must benefit all residents of the county where the funds are dispursed. Managing organizations are dedicated to community service and commit to utilizing all funds within the county.
Receiving members and recipients of the funds distributed by the Network must live and serve in the communities where these funds are dispersed.
All organizations receiving funds from PCCDF must be based-in and serving the residents where the funds are generated.
